Pay attention to the wiring requirements. The rice milling machine assembly equipment must not be shared with the original lighting circuit. Copper or aluminum wires with a cross-sectional area greater than 4 mm ² should be directly connected from the main power switch. Insertion is not allowed. It is recommended to use a knife switch with a capacity of 10A or above. Before starting the machine, carefully check whether all the fasteners of the machine parts are loose, and open the machine cover to check whether the gap between the rice rollers is correct. Generally, the gap between the rice knife and the tip of the rice roller is approximately 3mm at the beginning of the rolling rod and about 2.5mm at the end. Turn on the switch and let it idle for about 1 to 3 minutes. If the operation is normal, materials can be fed for processing. When driving the power supply board, it needs to be pulled out slowly. The machine should gradually increase the load; otherwise, it will increase suddenly, which may cause the machine to get clogged and stuck.
