(Summary description)The general process flow of grain processing machinery is as follows: raw grains first pass through a cylindrical initial cleaning screen, then through reciprocating vibrating screens, high-speed vibrating screens, specific gravity stone removers and magnetic separation equipment to remove various impurities, and then enter the husking machine to remove and separate the rice husks. The discharged bran mixture is sent to the bran separator. In China, the main development is the planar rotary rice and brown rice separation screen. By taking advantage of the differences between rice and brown rice in terms of particle size, specific gravity, friction coefficient and elasticity, the unhusked rice is separated and sent back to the husking machine. Brown rice is then milled into white rice in a rice mill. Then, after the finished product is processed, the bran and broken rice are removed, and the finished white rice is obtained. In rural China, rice mills are commonly used to directly process rice into white rice, but the yield is relatively low and there are many broken grains. The process flow of rice milling and the main equipment used are shown in the figure. The processing of wheat and other grains involves the initial cleaning of raw grains through a preliminary screening screen, followed by the removal of various impurities and dirt adhering to the surface of the wheat grains through vibrating screens, threshers, selection machines, and washing machines.
