Pay attention to the wiring requirements. The rice milling machine assembly equipment must not be shared with the original lighting circuit. Copper or aluminum wires with a cross-sectional area greater than 4 mm ² should be directly connected from the main power switch. Insertion is not allowed. It is recommended to use a knife switch with a capacity of 10A or above. Before starting the machine, carefully check whether all the fasteners of the machine parts are loose, and open the machine cover to check whether the gap between the rice rollers is correct. Generally, the gap between the rice knife and the tip of the rice roller is approximately 3mm at the beginning of the rolling rod and about 2.5mm at the end. Turn on the switch and let it idle for about 1 to 3 minutes. If the operation is normal, materials can be fed for processing. When driving the power supply board, it needs to be pulled out slowly. The machine should gradually increase the load; otherwise, it will increase suddenly, which may cause the machine to get clogged and stuck. The reason why the rice mill breaks more rice is that, first, the working pressure in the rice milling chamber is too high and the milling time is too long, which causes the millet grains to be crushed. Treatment method:
Increase the gap between the rice knife and the bucket to reduce the working pressure in the rice milling chamber, weaken the sliding friction of the rice, and make the millet less likely to break. However, the gap must not exceed the vertical length of the millet; otherwise, even if there are no broken grains, the surface of the millet will not be smooth.
2. Adjust the opening degrees of the inlet and outlet gate valves to reduce the feed volume and increase it. Therefore, the working pressure in the rice milling room is reduced, the time for squeezing the rice inside the room is shortened, and the millet is less likely to break. The opening degree of the inlet gate valve should be controlled between 1/2 and 2/3. If the driving time is too long, there will be too much rice in the rice threshing chamber and the frictional resistance will increase. It is very likely to cause the driving force transmission belt to deviate, resulting in overload and even causing the rice mill to get stuck and damaged. However, if the import period is too short, the efficiency of the initial design scheme of the equipment will be reduced. After the opening of the feed inlet is fixed, the opening of the feed inlet can be appropriately expanded. At the same time, check if the millet is detailed and if the off-white color is white. If there are more broken grains, enlarge them. If the millet is not smooth, reduce it. For rice mills with working pressure at the inlet and outlet, the pressure reducing rudder can be released or moved closer to reduce the working pressure of the rice in the rice milling chamber, shorten the time the rice stays in the chamber, and thus ensure that the millet is not crushed.
