Wind-blown rice milling has gradually been widely applied. Under a certain working pressure, the wind blows from the inside of the whitening roller towards the holes or grooves on the surface layer, and the force of the wind blown out generally exceeds the floating rate of the rice grains. When gas enters the rice milling chamber of the rice mill, its volume expands, the working pressure drops, and a mixed airflow is generated. The rice grains roll in the vortex, maintaining a healthy and beautiful appearance.

The rice mill is a machine for people to process grains and oils. Throughout its entire usage process, we need to maintain it frequently to increase its service life. So, what is the regular maintenance of a rice mill like?

The rice produced and processed by the rice mill should maintain a certain level of dryness and humidity, with the moisture content generally not exceeding 14% to 15%. When the moisture content of rice is too high, the grains will be greatly crushed, thereby endangering the quality of the rice, and the driving force will be consumed and expanded.

2. Pay attention to checking whether there are any steel nails, stones or other contaminants in the rice to prevent them from blocking or damaging the rice sieve when entering the whitening room.

3. When starting up, run the machine without load to all normal speed ratios, then pour the rice into the hopper and keep an eye on the operating status of the rice mill at all times.

4. Before starting the machine, check the rice sieve, rice knife, bucket core and other components, and see if the anchor bolts and nuts are tightened.

5. Rotate the drum before starting and check if there is any blockage.

6. After each day's work, conduct a thorough inspection of the rice mill and service facilities. Any issues found should be properly addressed to ensure that the rice mill is always in good condition.
