The correct use of the rice mill

(1) Select auxiliary power reasonably. Generally speaking, the rice milling machine should operate under near-full load conditions. Under full load, the motor should fully exert its power. It is necessary to rationally select and allocate the machine to avoid "a small horse pulling tea", so that the rice milling machine can fully play its role and save electricity. The power of a general electric motor is slightly larger than 1.2 to 1.5 times the rated power of the rice milling machine.

(2) Adjustment of entrance and exit gates. The inlet water gate is wide open and the outlet gate is closed. The grains increase, the crushed beige is white, but there is a lot of rice flour. On the contrary, the milled rice is rough but has a high yield. The inlet and outlet gates should be well coordinated. The inlet gate should control the flow rate, and the outlet gate should control the accuracy. When operating specifically, the opening degree of the inlet water gate should be adjusted as per regulations and then fixed. At this point, the operator operates the exit gate with the right hand and places the rice grains at the bottom of the exit with the left hand to confirm whether the rice grains are intact and whether the rice color is white. If the rice grains are rough, you can close the small outlet water gate. Before the quality of the polished rice meets the requirements, both aspects should be considered.

(3) Adjust the rice cutter of the rice mill. The main adjustment is the distance between the rice knife and the sand roller. If the distance is large, the air pressure is small, the friction force on the rice grains is small, but the rice yield is high. On the contrary, although the accuracy has improved, the rate of rice flour is very high. Generally speaking, when the adjustment of the entry and exit gates cannot meet the production requirements, the rice knife should be adjusted.

(4) Adjust the rice body. During work, if it is found that rice is mixed in the bran, it is necessary to check whether there is any leakage in the rice body. In the case of improper installation or damage to the body, it should be reinstalled or repaired. If the body hole is too large, it should be changed to a smaller body.

(5) If the materials before intermediate production are insufficient, the supply gate should be closed. Wait until the materials are sufficient and then slowly open the supply gate. Do not produce when the lead white room is not filled with materials.

After the rice mill has completed production, the inlet water gate should be closed first, then the machine should be started for about one minute to grind the rice in the lower chamber. After unloading all the materials, the power should be turned off.

(7) When using a new rice milling machine, due to the new sand rollers, new rice bodies, new rice knives, etc., the pressure inside the grinding chamber is very high, and it often occurs that the output does not increase or the surface of the rice grains is not covered. In this case, the rice body should be removed and the oil and rust wiped clean. Release the pressure side by side (lift the outlet pressure bar).
