The water inlet 1 and water inlet 2 of the rice mill form a bidirectional inflow of the main shaft, and the inlet channel becomes 4 channels. 2. Structural diagrams of the sand roller and iron roller of the rice mill
The sand roller and iron roller are the main working components of the milling chamber. It can be seen from the structural diagram of the sand roller that there is a fixed sleeve 24 on the inner wall of the sand roller. The sand roller and the hollow shaft are connected through the fixed sleeve, and there are ventilation holes on the fixed sleeve.
It can be seen from the structural diagram of the iron roller that there is a fixed sleeve on the inner wall of the iron roller, which is connected to the hollow shaft through the fixed sleeve. Ventilation holes are opened on the fixed sleeve.
3. Supply device of the rice mill
The structure diagram of the feeding device is shown in the figure.
It is composed of a hopper, a supply door, a top rod, a lever mechanism, etc. There is an entrance at the entry position of the frame. The entrance has an inclined feeding door. One end of the feeding door is fixed on the ejector pin and can swing up and down through the spring of the ejector pin. One end of the ejector pin is connected to the supply door, and the other end is connected to the lever mechanism. The other end of the leverage mechanism is connected to the lever. The other end of the pull rod is equipped with a handwheel. The pull rod has a positioning slot, and the outer cover of the pull rod is provided with a positioning cover, which has a card entry. Rotate the handwheel to control the opening size of the feed door.
4. Structure diagram of the cold rice cleaning device for the rice mill
The rice output of the rice milling machine is equipped with a cold rice cleaning device, whose structure is shown in the figure. The cold rice cleaning device can further reduce the temperature of the rice and remove the bran. The cold rice cleaning device consists of a bran tube, a pressure valve and a handle. One end of the chaff collection pipe is connected to the chaff collection hopper, and the other end is equipped with an open pressure door, which is controlled by the air regulating door handle.
The negative pressure bidirectional multi-channel air inlet significantly increases the inlet area and air inflow volume of the rice milling machine, reduces the rice flour rate, saves energy, and features dual mechanical functionality. The finished rice processed by this model has uniform precision, a fine surface, good color and less starch in the ground rice.
