With the gradual improvement of living standards, people have put forward higher requirements for rice, thus rapidly improving the process of rice milling machines. With the continuous improvement of rice varieties, the yield of slender rice has been increasing in recent years. During the harvesting and threshing process of this type of rice, due to its own reasons, a large number of explosive waist phenomena occur. Traditional rice grinders, due to their backward technology, may increase the flour yield.

The component layout of traditional rice milling machines is unreasonable and the technology is backward. The airflow passing through the rice is insufficient and the wind pressure is low. Under the effect of their own weight, the grains sink to the bottom of the rice, and the fluidity decreases. The existing movement area of the rice has not been fully utilized. To enhance the processing of rice, it is necessary to use one or two self-service rice mills to increase the internal gravity of the polished rice, but this will cause the temperature of the rice to rise. Coupled with the high runaway rate of the original rice, a large amount of rice flour will be produced during the rice milling process. Therefore, in order to reduce the rice flour rate and increase the rice quality, a multi-stage warping process is adopted.

The rice milling process involves increasing the number of rice milling machines, expanding the movement area per unit output of polished rice, but reducing the internal gravity of each rice milling machine, regulating the temperature of the rice grains during polishing, lowering the breakage rate, and enhancing processing efficiency. However, this may lead to a sharp increase in costs. To reduce costs and enhance the processing of rice, a new type of rice milling machine has been developed. This machine increases the utilization rate of the movement area per unit of rice milling and the air volume penetrating the rice, significantly reducing the crushing rate. The polishing process of brown rice involves using friction and grinding to remove the bran layer. Friction polished rice is also called gravity polished rice because polishing requires high gravity and a certain polishing speed. Because grinding rice does not require a high-gloss gravity but a high linear speed and a rice polishing drum with many fine blades, grinding rice is also called speed rice. In fact, in any rice milling machine, both of these rice milling methods coexist. However, due to the different structures and parameters of rice milling machines, every self-service rice milling machine has a functioning rice milling method. Therefore, rice milling machines can be classified into friction type rice milling machines (iron roller rice milling machines) and grinding type rice milling machines (sand roller rice milling machines).

What are the precautions for a rice mill?

Before the brown rice enters the floor, check for any metal objects or stones to prevent damage to the grinding wheel.

After straightening it, pull the rotating block at the front to wipe off the remaining inner sugar to avoid affecting the accuracy of the sample.

3. The accuracy of the pure white color should be determined based on the variety of brown rice, including the number of samples and the exact 100 hours. A sample size of 17-18 grams with relatively low accuracy is appropriate, and the exact 100 hours should be slightly shorter. The quantity of high-precision samples is preferably 20 grams, and the grinding time should be slightly longer.

4. After the machine has been used for a long time and high-moisture brown rice, when the rice bran combines with the grinding wheel and affects the whiteness, remove the grinding wheel with a wrench, use a wire brush to remove the bran powder, and then put it back in its original place without any damage for continued use.
