The rice mill is also called the rice milling machine. A rice mill is generally mainly composed of a rice mill, a motor and a frame. The rice mill mainly consists of the machine cover, middle seat, base, rice roller, rice screen, rice knife, feeding hopper, sliding screen, pulley and adjusting device. Rice can be processed into rice in one go, and the separation of rice, bran and broken rice can be completed simultaneously.

In the working chamber of the peeling machine, an iron screen is installed, and a grinding wheel is installed inside the screen. A peeling gap is formed between the screen and the grinding wheel. During operation, the screen and the grinding wheel rotate in opposite directions to remove the seed coat of the grain seeds. While dehulling, the grains and the seed coat are separated through air separation, which significantly reduces the breakage rate and more effectively improves the dehulling quality and yield.

Application: It is suitable for the peeling of millet and sorghum in small and medium-sized grain and bean processing plants and grain processing workshops, as well as the peeling processing of various grains such as corn, wheat, barley, mung beans, soybeans, and traditional Chinese medicines like Kochia seed and Coix seed. Especially after removing the hard husks and germ parts of corn, the edible taste of corn has been improved and its application range has been expanded. Peeled corn flour is very popular when processing corn noodles.

3. Take 17 to 20 grams of the pressed brown rice (with a moisture content not exceeding 15%) out of the hopper and put it into the hopper, allowing it to flow into the grinding chamber. First, press the power button, and then start it.

At the designated time, the rice mill will automatically stop, remove the hopper and clear the husks. Plug in the receiving hopper again, then remove the pressure, turn the front rotating handle to the right to make the polished rice in the grinding chamber fall into the receiving hopper, set the timing knob to 0, press the power button, let the grinding wheel idle for a few seconds to make all the rice grains in the grinding chamber fall off, then pull out the receiving hopper, and after sieving, the measured polished rice is obtained.

Precautions for household rice milling machines

Before the brown rice enters the hopper, check if there are any metals or stones to avoid damaging the grinding wheel.

2. After whitening, pull out the rotating block at the front and clean the remaining rice sugar in the whitening chamber thoroughly to avoid affecting the accuracy of the sample.

3. The grinding accuracy depends on the variety of brown rice to determine the sample quantity and grinding time. The number of low-precision samples is 17-18g, and the milling time is slightly shorter. The quantity of high-precision samples is 20g, and the milling time is slightly longer.

4. When the machine has been in use for a long time and the high-moisture brown rice has been milled, and the rice bran adheres to the grinding wheel, affecting the whitening process, you can remove the grinding roller with a wrench, brush off the bran powder with a wire brush, and put it back in its original position for reuse.
