1. Preparations before starting the machine

Before starting the rice mill, it should be installed stably. Check whether all components are normal, whether the components and their connections are loose, and whether the transmission belt is flexible. Pay attention to the transmission components.

Lubricate and wait until the above components are normal before turning on the switch.

(2) Remove debris (such as stones, iron, etc.) Don't use stones or iron blocks that are too big or too long to grind rice to avoid accidents. Check whether the drying temperature of the fragrant rice meets the requirements.

Then, insert the plug plate of the rice hopper tightly and mix the rice evenly into the hopper.

Technical requirements after startup

(1) Turn on the power and let the rice mill idle for 1 to 3 minutes. After the operation is stable, slowly pull out the discharge plug plate and put it into operation.

(2) Check the quality of the milled rice at any time. If the quality does not meet the requirements, adjust the discharge plug plate or the gap between the rice cutter and the grinding center. The method is: If the grains of rice are small

First, adjust the discharge plate to reduce the rice outlet. If more grains of rice are still reduced at the rice outlet, adjust the gap between the rice cutter and the grinding center. If there are many broken grains, they should be removed.

(Or the gap between the rice cutter and the grinding center) increases.

(3) If the rice knife becomes less sharp after being used for a period of time, you can turn it over. If the rice net is leaking, a new one should be replaced. If the shelling rate of the shelling machine decreases

The interval between the two rubber sticks should be adjusted. If the adjustment is ineffective, the rubber rod should be replaced.

(4) When the rice milling is completed, insert the rice hopper plate tightly to ensure that all the rice in the rice milling chamber is milled. Then, cut off the power supply after cutting off the power. 3. Maintenance after shutdown
