The working principle and daily maintenance of small rice mills

(Summary description)The principle of a small rice mill is the rotation and flipping movement of rice grains. Rotation is the rotational movement of the short axis of the rice grain, while flipping is the rotational movement of the short axis of the rice grain. During the entire process of rice milling in a rice mill, the rice grains must have a rolling movement to ensure that each position of the rice grains has an equal opportunity to receive the function of the rice mill, making the milling uniform and preventing insufficient milling or partial overmilling. There are three key points to note.

The principle of a small rice mill is the rotation and flipping movement of rice grains.
1. Rolling caused by the white roller ribs of the rice mill
When the rice grains separate from the tendons, the speed direction forms an Angle with the broken thread, causing more frequent impacts and rolls on the grains within the same diameter.
2. Rolling caused by the rice cutter and the round hole sieve of the rice mill
The rice grains move at a certain speed. When they reach the rice knife and other places, they bounce back home at the front edge of the rice knife and other places. The bouncing speed, the speed azimuth Angle, and the different "angles" cause the rice grains to roll over. When there are many rice knives and round-hole sieves in the whitening room, the frequency of rolling is high; conversely, it is low. However, it cannot be infinitely increased due to the limitations of the structure of the whitening room and the factors that affect the actual effect of the processing technology.
Iii. Rolling over caused by air blowing from the rice mill
Air spraying for rice milling has gradually become widespread. Under a certain working pressure, air is sprayed out from the inside of the whitening roller towards the holes or grooves on the surface layer, and the force of the spray generally exceeds the floating rate of the rice grains. When the gas enters the whitening chamber of the rice mill, the volume expands, the working pressure decreases, and gas mixing occurs. The rice grains roll over in the vortex.
A rice mill is a machine for processing grain and oil for people. Therefore, we need to maintain it frequently throughout the application process to increase its service life. So, what are the daily maintenance tasks for a rice mill?
The rice produced and processed by the rice mill should maintain a certain level of dryness and humidity. Generally, the moisture content should not exceed 14% and 15%. When the moisture content of rice is too high, the grains are crushed in large quantities, which affects the quality of the rice and also increases the consumption of power.
2. Pay attention to checking whether there are any steel nails, stones or other dirt in the rice to prevent them from entering the whitening room and causing blockage or damage to the rice sieve.
3. When starting up, run the machine without load to the normal speed ratio first, then pour the rice into the feeding hopper and keep an eye on the operation status of the rice mill at all times.
4. Before starting, inspect the rice sieve, rice knife, drum core and other parts to check if the anchor bolts and nuts are tightened.
5. Before starting, rotate the drum to check if there is any jamming.
6. After each day's work, conduct an inspection of the rice mill and service facilities. If any problems are found, handle them properly to ensure that the rice mill is always in good condition
