Principle of rice milling machine
The structure of the grinding type sand roller rice mill consists of a frame and a suction mechanism. The rice milling chamber is fixed on the frame, the feeding device is installed at the upper part of the rice milling chamber, and the chaff collection hopper is installed at the lower part of the rice milling chamber.

During the working process, brown rice enters the end of the rice milling chamber from the feeding hopper through the flow regulation mechanism and is pushed into the interior of the rice milling chamber by the rotating screw propeller. When the brown rice fills the rice milling chamber, the pushing screw continues to push the brown rice in.
4. The pressure in the rice milling chamber keeps increasing. When the pressure of the brown rice group is large enough to overcome the resistance of the pressure door at the discharge port, the discharge port opens, and the rice grain group is discharged from the rice milling chamber. The brown rice is constantly subjected to grinding from the inlet to the outlet of the rice mill, and the bran layer is gradually peeled off to become rice bran, which is discharged through the holes of the bran discharge cylinder, and then the rice milling is completed. A device for cleaning and cooling the rice is installed at the discharge port to further cool the rice grains.
Precautions for rice milling machine
Before the brown rice enters the hopper, it is necessary to check for any metal objects or stones to avoid damaging the grinding wheel.
After the whitening process is completed, the front rotating block should be pulled out to clean up any remaining rice sugar in the whitening chamber to avoid affecting the accuracy of the sample.
3. The milling accuracy should be determined by the variety of brown rice, including the number of samples and the milling time. For low-precision samples, a quantity of 17-18g is appropriate, and the milling time should be slightly shorter. The quantity of high-precision samples is preferably 20g, and the whitening time should be slightly longer.
4. When the machine has been in use for a long time and has milled brown rice with excessive moisture, causing the rice bran to stick to the grinding wheel and affect the whiteness, you can remove the grinding wheel with a wrench, brush off the bran powder with a wire brush, and reinstall it in its original position for continued use.
The advantages of the rice thresher
The rice thresher operates stably. Rolling bearings only bear axial forces and do not have the ground stress and bare machine torque caused by mutual forces. The horizontally installed whitening roller has relatively low requirements for production and manufacturing as well as assembly lines. 5. The volume and machine weight of the enterprise's production volume are relatively small. Due to the large radial driving force, the water flow rate of the millet grains is large. Under the same total flow rate of raw materials entering the machine as the column type rice mill, the diameter of the whitening roller and the annular area of the whitening chamber are both smaller, the bare machine volume is smaller, the net weight is lighter, the manufacturing technology standard is lower, and the cost is lower.
