(2) Adjust the accuracy of the rice output.

The precision of the finished rice is determined by the pressure spring of the resistance mechanism, and the spring pressure can be adjusted through the handwheel at the end of the spring. The operator can appropriately adjust the handwheel at the end of the spring according to the actual situation to reduce or increase the outlet pressure, so that the rice can reach the required precision.

In addition, attention should also be paid to the position of the air volume adjustment handle on the right side of the adjustment bucket to control the air volume. If the wind is too strong, the rice grains will be absorbed by the chaff. If the wind is too weak, the finished rice will contain chaff. Appropriate adjustments can be made according to the actual situation during the usage process to thoroughly separate the rice bran.
