When operating a rice mill, the following key points should be noted to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition. To ensure the rice mill is in good working condition, the first step is to achieve the "four levels", namely, the outer circle of the sand roller is level, the junction of the rice screen is level, the edge of the rice knife is level, and the interface between the crossbeam and the rice screen is level. Secondly, it is necessary to ensure that the roller device is concentric with the main shaft and to do a good job in dynamic and static balance. When assembling the air (wet) spray roller, the air (wet) spray groove must be aligned with the air (wet) spray hole on the main shaft to prevent misalignment. Thirdly, the protruding ribs of the screw propeller and the iron roller for material distribution should be replaced in a timely manner after wear. Rice sieves are generally used in 2 to 3 work shifts, while rice knives and sieve strips are usually used in different shifts and should be used alternately. The feed volume of the rice knife should be slightly larger at the inlet end and slightly smaller at the outlet end of the whitening room. The adjusting parts such as the outlet pressure valve, the air storage adjustment mechanism, and the screw for adjusting the advance and retreat of the rice knife should be kept flexible. Fourth, it is necessary to frequently check the tension of the drive belt and regularly clean the bearings and add lubricating grease.
1. The flow rate of the rice mill should be well controlled. The flow rate of the rice mill should be determined comprehensively based on factors such as the gap of the white rice milling chamber, the technological nature of the brown rice, the rotational speed of the milling rollers, and the size of the power equipment. Its size should be reasonable and stable. The rice machine should operate at full load, but it is not allowed to operate beyond its capacity. It is necessary to pay close attention to the ammeter of the rice machine. If there is any abnormal fluctuation, the cause should be found immediately to restore it to normal.
2. It is necessary to control the whitening accuracy and the proportion of bran discharge well. It is necessary to frequently adjust the relationship among output, rice yield and quality to ensure a good technological effect.
3. It is necessary to control the air volume of the rice mill well. The air volume of the rice machine should be stable and appropriate to draw away the bran powder and a large amount of hot and humid air. Excessive air volume can easily lead to adverse impacts, and even cause poor material discharge and chaff spraying at the outlet. If the air volume is too small, it is not conducive to the tumbling of rice grains, reducing the effect of removing bran and dissipating heat and moisture. The air volume and static pressure required by the rice mill are all indicated in the manual.
