The small household rice beater is mainly composed of a rice beater, a motor and a frame. The rice beater is mainly composed of a machine cover, a middle seat, a machine base, a rice beater, a rice sieve, a rice knife, a feed hopper, a sliding sieve, a pulley and an adjusting device. The rice milling part of the small domestic rice beater can process rice into rice at a time while separating rice, chaff and crushed rice. However, the water content and impurity content of the processed products will directly affect the quality of the rice, the efficiency and load of the machine, and if used for other functions, it will run counter to the intended use of the machine.

1. Wiring requirements: Small household rice beater cannot be shared with the original lighting circuit. It needs to be directly connected from the main power switch with more than 4 mm² copper wire or aluminum wire, and cannot be plugged in. It is recommended to use more than 10A knife gate.

2. Operation method: Before starting the machine, carefully check whether the fasteners of each part of the machine are loose, open the cover, and check whether the gap of the rice beater is correct. Generally, the gap between the rice milling knife and the rib tip of the rice beater is about 3mm at the beginning of the rib grinding and about 2.5mm at the end of the rib grinding.

3. Turn on the switch and wait for idling for 1-3 minutes. If it works normally, it can be fed and processed. When opening the feed board, pull it out slowly and gradually increase the load of the machine, otherwise it will suddenly increase, which may cause the machine to block and suffocate the car.

4. When the small household rice beater is stopped midway, the feed inlet should be closed first, and the rice beater should be allowed to grind and then stop.

Small household rice beaterIt can be used for milling rice or shelling and peeling of corn, buckwheat and coffee. It is a good machine for individual families, urban supermarkets, grain stores, farmers' markets and other on-site processing. Small household rice beater uses crushing and peeling rice husking machine. Grain processing rice milling machine has compact structure, small size, convenient movement, low power consumption, long service life, simple operation and maintenance. It uses electric motor as power to drive the rice roller to rotate at high speed in the rice milling chamber composed of rice roller, rice knife and rice sieve to push the rice or brown rice and produce squeezing and rubbing, due to the functions of shoulder, circumferential groove and knife resistance, the small household rice beater can separate the raw seed kernel from the husk, and can process various varieties of rice. The rice husk and rice bran can be separated. Generally, the rice yield of rice reaches more than 72%.

Small household rice beaterDuring processing, the degree of rice milling can be adjusted according to customer needs, and brown rice, germ rice and refined white rice can be produced. The finished rice is bright and white, contains nutrients such as germ, is not polished, does not add spices, is rich in nutrients, and tastes delicious. Small household rice machine on-site processing customers can see, eat at ease. The small household rice beater can also be used for peeling corn and millet. It is a good machine for on-site processing by individual families, city supermarkets, grain stores, farmers' markets, etc.
