1 Installation inspection

(2) After tightening the V-belt connected to the motor (or diesel engine), remove the discharge port, roller nut, roller, screen strip and propeller, and measure whether the main shaft is in the center. If the spindle is found to be eccentric, it shall be adjusted as follows:

A, left and right eccentric. Loosen the four connecting bolts between the blower housing and the rice mill base, but do not remove them. Add an adjusting shim to the connection part, add a shim to the right when tilting to the right, and add an adjusting shim to the left when tilting to the left until the left and right are adjusted.

B Up. Loosen the four connecting bolts between the fan cover and the rice mill base, but do not remove them. At the same time, add adjusting shims on both sides until the upper and lower parts are not eccentric.

C, bend down. Loosen the four connecting bolts between the suction shell and the base of the rice mill, but do not remove them. At the same time, add adjusting washers on both sides until the upper and lower parts are not eccentric.

(3). As the bolts at each connection of the rice mill may loosen during transportation, the newly purchased rice mill should pay attention to the following components:

a. Check whether the two nuts fixing the large pulley on the shaft are tightened.

B. Remove the bearing caps at both ends of the large pulley, remove the locking piece, and check whether the nut is locked with the fastening bushing.

C, check the shaft fixed suction fan small pulley and spray fan small pulley flat head bolts are tightened.

(1) Turn the pulley by hand before starting the machine, there should be no jamming. Then tighten the pulley again with a wrench to prevent loosening during work, and there should be no serious vibration when starting the machine.

(2) Turn off the feeding board, then turn on the power supply, and start feeding after normal operation.

3 Adjustments in use

(1) feed flow adjustment.

When working, first pour the rice into the hopper, idling for about 5 minutes, pull all the baffles apart, tighten them with fastening screws, and then rotate the adjustment handwheel to adjust the flow, and stop the adjustment when the flow reaches the rated flow. The opening of the flow regulating plate may be indicated by an external pointer on the scale.

(2) Adjustment of rice yield accuracy.

The accuracy of the finished rice is determined by the compression spring of the resistance mechanism, and the spring pressure can be adjusted by the handwheel at the end of the spring. The operator can appropriately adjust the handwheel at the end of the spring according to the actual situation to reduce or increase the outlet pressure, so that the finished rice can reach the required accuracy.

In addition, pay attention to adjusting the position of the air volume adjustment handle on the right side of the rice bucket to control the air volume. If the wind is too strong, the rice grains will be sucked into the chaff; if the wind is too weak, the finished rice will contain bran. When used, it can be adjusted according to the actual situation to completely separate the rice and chaff.
